How far in advance should I book a coffee cart in Clearwater?
For beach weddings and weekend events in peak season, three to six months out is safest. Corporate events, office catering and private parties can often be booked on much shorter notice. If your date is close, call us at (941) 210-9095 and we will tell you straight away whether we can cover it.
Can you set up on Clearwater Beach?
Yes, and we do it often. A few things worth knowing. The cart needs a firm, level surface, so on open sand we set up on decking, a platform, or inside a tent rather than directly on the beach. We coordinate power with your venue or planner ahead of time so there are no surprises on the day. And if your venue is a beachfront resort, we handle the load-in and any vendor paperwork on our end.

We do.
