We had the honor of returning to serve the team at the Oncology Department of Sarasota Memorial Health Care System on University Parkway for a Friday full of handcrafted lattes and connection. Our luxury coffee cart added warmth, hospitality and high-end service right in their office.

The O’Connors chose to host their wedding in their own backyard—a setting that was personal, meaningful, and uniquely them. We brought in our mobile espresso trailer and full-service coffee bar setup, blending seamlessly into the relaxed but elevated atmosphere.

Guests were greeted with handcrafted iced brown sugar lattes, oat milk cappuccinos, and rich americanos, all made fresh on-site. Throughout cocktail hour and into the evening, our baristas served thoughtfully crafted drinks that added warmth, energy, and a special touch to the celebration.

When Abbigale + Landon hired us for their stunning morning wedding at the Ritz-Carlton Sarsota, we were pumped! They added on cart customization to their coffee catering service. Having their names on the cart for a beautiful backdrop wedding moment! Customizing the coffee catering experience to make it their own! Adding a nice little detailed touch to their big day! Coffee in the morning was a hit! The view was overlooking the water and was stunning!

It was in a beautiful Sarasota Florida backyard, babies and dogs attended! It was a lovely event full of smiles, laughter, and lots of recapping over a wonderful year full of great clients! We were thankful to be a part of NK’s special day of celebration with her girls!

Below are images from a beautiful Siesta Key baby shower. Celebrating the Tanksi baby. Kenna had So Stage design the set up, Mortons Market provided the food, Reaon Film photography took the photo‘s, and the Balloon Babe with the decor. It was a tropical paradise look. We parked the trailer in front of the house and served coffee to the guests at the shower. It was such a beautiful evening.
