FAQs

  • For a fully branded coffee cart — vinyl wrap, custom signage, branded menu, and custom cups — we recommend a minimum of 2 to 4 weeks from approved artwork to event day. Larger multi-cart activations or campaigns with custom-fabricated elements need 4 to 6 weeks. Rush turnarounds are sometimes possible — reach out and we'll see what's doable.

  • We need a vector file — `.AI`, `.EPS`, `.PDF`, or `.SVG` — so your logo prints sharp at any size on the cart wrap, signage, and cups. If you only have a high-resolution PNG (300 DPI or higher with a transparent background), we can usually work from it for latte printing and small-format applications. For full-cart wraps, vector is required.

  • Yes. Our Ripple printer prints full-color edible designs directly onto the foam of lattes, cappuccinos, and other foam-topped drinks — logos, monograms, photos, QR codes, campaign artwork. Best results come from high-contrast designs with clean edges. Send us your artwork in vector or 300+ DPI and we'll handle the prep.

  • Yes. We work with print vendors that can color-match to Pantone (PMS) spot colors on vinyl cart wraps, printed cups, and signage. Send us your brand guidelines or Pantone codes with your artwork and we'll lock in an exact match for a consistent brand look across the activation.

  • Absolutely. Brand activations don't have to use your evergreen logo — we regularly theme carts for product launches, seasonal campaigns, holiday promotions, and limited-time pop-ups. Vinyl wraps are removable, so the same cart can rotate through multiple campaigns over a year. Tell us the theme and we'll design around it.

  • Reform Coffee is based in Sarasota and provides brand activation coffee carts across all of Florida — Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Fort Myers, Boca Grande, Miami, Orlando, and everywhere in between. We also travel statewide and beyond for larger national brand campaigns — ask about out-of-state activations.

  • Most activations run 2 to 6 hours, but we scale to fit the campaign. We've done single-day pop-ups, multi-day expos, week-long retail residencies, and recurring monthly takeovers. Tell us the activation window and we'll build a quote and crew plan around it.

  • We need a 6x6 ft footprint and access to a standard 110V outlet. We set up indoors or outdoors — office lobbies, retail floors, parking lots, conference halls, storefront windows. For larger or multi-cart activations we'll coordinate with your venue or event production team on power and footprint requirements.

  • Brand activation packages start at $1,050 for a standard cart, barista, and full espresso menu. Custom branding — cart wrap, printed cups, latte printing, signage, custom menus — is quoted on top based on the scope of the build, quantities, and lead time. We'll send a tailored quote within one business day of your inquiry.

  • One trained barista comfortably serves 40 to 60 handcrafted drinks per hour at a brand activation pace. For higher-throughput needs — flagship retail launches, conference booths, multi-thousand-attendee events — we add baristas or carts to keep wait times under control.
